You’re probably overwhelmed with all the wedding information out there, but don’t worry - you’re not alone. We are seasoned professional florists who are here to help you make things easier so you can live presently through your engagement! We specialize in modern-chic, romantic, European garden style floral design that will pair with the natural surroundings of your location.

Our 'A La Carte' wedding package is perfect for couples who love Antheia signature styles, but don't require installations or on-site set up or large items. This option is ideal for clients who only need bridal party flowers, centerpieces and a few focal arrangements that can be set up by a friend or event planner on location. Simply chose the size, quantity, describe your color palette and then leave the rest up to us!

Our a la carte option is not well suited for couples who want very specific flower needs, require an in person consultation or have very complex event design goals. We have streamlined the process of selecting your wedding flowers by offering multiple signature styles, so choosing is easy. All we need is your color palette and for you to select your favorite style from our Pinterest 'A La Carte' mood boards. Our pricing is transparent so you have the ability to create your own custom flower package to fit your needs. We are happy to suggest items if you are having trouble staying within your budget. The menu pricing varies depending on season and current inflation costs.

Orders are available for pick-up during set times that we will discus over email. Please keep in mind, all rentals from Antheia will need to be returned within 3-5 business days from wedding date and no strike will be included.

HOW IT WORKS

Review The Packet:

Please read all of the information contained in this packet and be sure to review our signature mood boards on our Pinterest before filling out our order form.

Submit Order Form:

Complete our 'A La Carte Order Form online. Please do rough calculations before submitting your order to stay within your preferred budget. We are happy to help with suggesting other items on the menu if you are over budget. By submitting your order, this does not guarantee we have the date available. We will respond between 3-5 business days to confirm your order.

Minimum order amount is $2,000.00 plus tax and an automatic 25% service charge. Max order amount for A La Carte is $7,000.00. Due to transporting items safely, any order over $7,000.00 will automatically become a full service floral inquiry. A La Carte is for smaller orders only.

Contract & Deposit:

After approving your order, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed copy of our 'A La Carte' contract to reserve your wedding date on our calendar. This applies to all orders. If event is within 30 days, you are to pay in full at time of booking.

Make Final Changes:

6 weeks prior to your event, we will reconnect with you to finalize your order. Additions, substitutions and small changes can be made at this time. A new contract will be required if any changes were made.

Submit Payment:

Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. All payments are via Venmo or Zelle.

Payments made with a credit card incur a 4% processing fee via stripe.

Pick up + Drop off:

We will have your flowers carefully packaged and ready for you to pick up at our location on the date and time specified on your final order. All rental vases are to be returned within 3-5 business days of wedding date. Additional charges will be made if return is passed due.

Delivery Option:

We understand it is difficult to find the time and person to pick up your order and have the right vehicle to transport delicate floral pieces. We are happy to offer a delivery service for you. Our delivery is a minimum of $400.00. This varies depending on location and order size. Please keep in mind this does not include set up or onsite installations of any kind. We will have all items labeled to be placed in their correct locations for you to eliminate any confusion on item placement. If you are wanting someone from our team to set up, you will need to pay for our full service.
